All products and services offered by House Of True Spell are fully digital and personalized spiritual services.

For this reason, once the service has begun, refunds are not available.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 3 days of placing your order, provided that:

  • Digital materials (video proof, reading file, or report) have not yet been delivered,
  • Or the order was not delivered due to a technical issue, incorrect email, or delay caused by us.

If any of these conditions are met, you may request a refund via email within 3 days.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

3. Replacement Policy

Since all services are digital, physical exchanges are not applicable.

However, if there is a technical issue with the delivered content (such as a corrupted or incomplete file), we will provide a free replacement or correction.

  • Contact us if delays occur.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect email addresses are the customer’s responsibility; however, corrections can be made upon request.

6. Dissatisfaction with Results

All services are spiritual and energy-based, and results may vary from person to person.

Therefore, refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with results.

7. Chargebacks
